Item was exactly as advertised, compares well to other more expensive SS paper towel dispensers.

Edge are rounded, no sharp edge, easy to pull out paper towels one at a time. Build solid and will very likely last longer than I do. Easy to install and restock. Very happy with the purchase and I actually brought two because how good it is

The dispenser works very well. I have no problems removing pulling the towels out. I read that some people did, but I wonder if it’s the quality of the paper towels that’s the difference. Mine works great and has been used for over 100 towels. Multiple people have used it, including strong men who tend to pull it very hard.

Impressed with the quality of this dispenser. Definitely does not allow finger prints so that is great. Fits 2 packs of towels and dispenses individually. Easy to install.

Not wide enough. Asked the seller and they couldnt recommend any - were unhelpful. The "frequently bought together" Kleenex ones fall out onto the floor. Don't buy unless you find towels that will match it!! The unit is 28cm wide and there are none wide enough on the market in Australia. (But if you do find some let me know!!) While I looked around for ones that would fit my return window closed!! Now i have to remove it and buy a brand named one and use their towels!
