great snacks sticks Just be sure to grind it down to push it threw the die. the Hamburger patties were great with mushroom and swish cheese ran through the grinder along with the Hamburger.

For patties it's great, and jerky.Useless for snack sticks.

Great product. Attached right to our current grinder and has made out jerky process so much faster.

Meakes great snack sticks

We process our own deer and make summer sausage, jerky, and sticks. I wanted to like this item, but I can't. LEM has great seasoning and their jerky gun and stick attachment for the gun are better than this. To start the screw to put the plate on was stripped. We got that all taken care of and were ready to start making jerky, except the meat kept catching and breaking or plugging the whole. We didn't add any pork, the meat was cold, and we cut away much of the fat and grissel. On top of that, the jerky wouldn't push the wax paper as described. I never tried the patty maker, not sure if that would work or not. The sticks failed miserably too. Product not all it was hyped up to be and as a result fell well short.

Worked great, you just have to get use to using it.
