Great Purchase
The items look just as they are on the pictures. Everything was easy to assemble with easy to read directions.

Not worth it
This product is extremely hard to blow up and when you do they don't stay inflated. 1/2 of the balloons came with holes or were defective. Supe4 sucks because I ordered this ahead of time so make sure it came so the return window had already closed. This was going to be the main piece to the pictures in front of and the only balloons I had purchased super dissatisfied and disappointed.

It’s was ok S didn’t inflate
The s were very hard to inflate and one didn’t even inflate.

All letter were not received.
Highly disappointed. All of the letters were not sent with my package. Missing the letter B and a U. Was sent a C and J. Couldn’t even use as planned for my event.

Missing letters. Instead of S's I got extra T's
