Just as good as any other yoga ball. I do like that it came with a pick to get the plastic plug out of the ball.

The quality is decent, but unfortunately instead of being spherical this ball is more like a short tic-tac when it's blown up which makes it impossible to use properly.

The bell was WAY SMALLER than listed as well as the pump was a hand pump like you would use for a small basketball. So irritated I paid for the value of a real exercise ball and received a product equal to a cheap kids toy.
