Great product and great customer service

The media could not be loaded. Very cool looking. Great fan. Mist is great indoors but can’t feel it much outside in the summer here in Arizona. I would definitely recommending though for indoors.

We purchased this item thinking it would cool off the screened in porch. This first unit we bought did not work. Since we had discarded the boxing material, we had to pay to have FedEx box it up to send it back. We then received the 2nd item. This also didn’t work. We were told to return the item, however, we got the wrong return label and had to pay a cost to have a new label printed out by FedEx. We have decided to get our money returned. This sounded like a good idea, but after 2 tries, we opted not to try again.

I use this to cool a bedroom that doesn't have great ventilation. It does a great job, even without adding water. Saves us from turning on the air conditioner. I just bought one for another room because I'm so happy with this one.

Works great indoors and out. Keeps you cool on the very hot days... don't hesitate buying this portable air cooler.

This product did not provide the cool air that I expected.
