It was OKish the first couple of nights.
At first, it kind of worked. It did open my nostrils more so I could breath better, but this thing is too thick and it blocks the air also. It isn't comfortable, but I went with it and next thing you know, it gave me 2 huge pimples inside my nostrils. I don't get pimples, not in 20 years. I cured that and reused it again, now it has some sharp edges making it impossible to use again. I threw them away. I guess it's back to the nose strip that glue to your nose.

Only one of each size in box
prompt delivery, quality product, but only the large one of the three sizes works for me the others are useless. I see no way on the Amazon product to select a particular size, so I guess your only choice is 1 ea. S M & L,

I really like this product I get stuffy at night I just put this in my nose and it opens it so I can sleep it is really good
