If they were slightly bigger they could accomodate the standard mailing address labels, this size we had to fold the standard label slightly. We did a mass print of names for an organizational chart and these worked great. The magnet is not super strong but the whole thing is magnatized so you get surface strength.Wish they came with a storage box

I bought these for my garage. If you can place a business card type magnet on a surface and it holds, these will work for you just fine. If you are in a situation where a surface has been repainted, the paint may prevent them from holding as well. They work fine on a tool box, not as well on repainted cabinets.Unless you have a very basic box of tools, magnetic tool box labels are mainly useless. As tool boxes and cabinets get re-organized, vinyl is not a good answer either. I'm happy with these and the worst case scenario is I use some double sided tape.What you get in the box is a stack of holders, each holder contains 2 white tags and a clear cover. You also get a stack of multi-colored tags. The clear cover holds best with 2-3 tags under it. Not an issue if you are placing these on a file cabinet but may be an issue in a drawer that is commonly opened in close proximity to fingers.They are definitely worth the money. Wish I had these to replace the old metal tag holders on my old, commercial, wooden bolt bin.

The magnet could be a little stronger . It barely clings to my wire shelving and more.
