Caltrate Gummy Bites 500 mg Calcium and Vitamin D Supplement, Black Cherry, Strawberry, Orange - 50 Count

These taste like candy. Some of the reviews say they received expired or close-to expired lots. The bottles I have ordered so far have not been close to the expiry date (current bottle is 01/27). Some also complained that they have too much sugar. Well these are not presented as sugar-free, yes they have sugar, and 15 calories each (I take between 2 and 4 per day). I don't think those extra 30-60 calories are going to kill me. Also there are sugar-free options out there if that is what you're looking for. These are delicious, and give me the calcium (and Vit D) I need which I would never get from food alone. I should have been taking these all along. Wish I had been.

I think this is a great way to get your daily calcium. Doesn’t upset your stomach.

I’ve been using the Citrate vitamins for over six years and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my health. It’s delicious, no after taste, easy to digest.
