I'm about two weeks in on this product. I'm a regular at the local crossfit gym and felt I had hit a plateau on fat loss. I feel like this has given me the "nudge" I needed to see a little more progress. I think the fact that I'm exercising and eating right . . . most of the time : ) . . . is making these capsules more effective than if I used them by themselves. Just my opinion. I would also recommend to start slowly and see how your body responds. They're pretty potent.

First of all, let me start by saying I'm very picky about which supplements I take. I was impressed by the ingredients in the NutriBurn - caffeine, green tea extract, raspberry ketones, etc. The fact that it is made in the USA also is a big plus in my book!I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my energy since taking this supplement, so I'm able to get the caffeine boost in the morning (which is great because I'm not a coffee drinker). I take one pill in the morning after breakfast with a lot of water and have found that I no longer have those mid, morning snack cravings which can sabotage the diet. This is the biggest benefit I have noticed so far - no feelings of an empty stomach in between meals...I used to be daydreaming about lunch around 10am, but I'm amazed that I no longer hungry in between meals. I'll have to wait a bit to see the true weight loss results, but so far I am a huge fan of this product.

I guess it could be the placebo effect but even so, this definitely works for me.I've gotten my girlfriend to try some prior to her workouts and she said that she feels more energetic and is able to push harder. (Higher weights and more reps) This is just a sample size of two so it might not be the most reliable test. I would just like to say if you're on the fence on it, just buy it and try it out. It's only $20 and you can't go wrong with it.

Before I purchased Nutriburn I researched ingredients that I thought might be helpful to me. L-carnitine helps cells to use fat efficiently and from what I have read raspberry ketones help the body to burn fat faster. I have a couple problem areas that I have decided to "attack" so I have selected this product as an assist. I am also drinking more water and focusing on my diet. I am happy with the results I am seeing.

So far I really like this product, especially for the price. My weight fluctuates often and sometimes I need a little something extra to help with water loss (especially water weight). This product gives me a great boost of energy in the morning without feeling wired or jittery. I purchased these pills before but never could find them again and I finally found them on amazon. These pills are amazing, I lost 8 lbs taking them with an active lifestyle and managing my diet. They give you a burst of energy and don't leave you feeling groggy later on like other diet pills and with winter ending soon I'm trying to get in shade before summer rolls around. If you want to lose a few extra lbs with no negative effects I'd definitely recommend trying these pills out.
