Those of us who, due to the abominable state of Health Care(sic) in the Land of the Fee, are left to suffer with such Misplaced Insect Larval Infections as American Veterinarians have known of for decades (ie "Bovine Digital Dermatitis" or BDD) can take heart. I used a cup (dry measure) of the Thyme and Sage, with sensible amounts (1/3-1/2 cup more/less, depending) of the others. I used FILTERED water, NOT plain Tap Water. This is absolutely lovely Thyme. It smells wonderful! I use this in an herbal tea infusion every day, so, it is one of my go to products.This is my first time purchasing it on Amazon and my first experience with this brand.I was not disappointed! I think it might be the best I've tried and it is organic and affordable. I've heard the best Thyme comes from Poland. Maybe it's true?I store mine in a large mason jar for freshness and use a small scoop or two a day. I attached a picture if it helps anybody.

I have purchased several herbs from Frontier which have been of good quality. Thyme leaf is always one of the most difficult to purchase due to the likely chance of recieving more stem than leaf. This thyme leaf purchase was of average to good quality. I did have about 30-70%, stem to leaf cut in the package, so I was satified with the selection. When I dry my own thyme leaf, I usually do about the same or a little less stem to leaf ratio for cooking use. Stem of the thyme leaf are just as favorable as the leaf and can be used to cook with successfully.
