Last Ship: The Complete Third Season (BD)

Love this show. The disc has the third season and so far work, nothing else to report. This is a great show based on U.S. Navy where the world is changing drastically (I don’t want to give anything away, you should start with season1). Couldn’t see what I was writing in What’s most important to know? So I am putting it here.—Ultraviolet or something similar to this allows you to watch a purchased disc online if you are traveling. Apparently you can onmy have 4-5 registered at one time. Our son is a U.S. Marine who told us about the show and wanted him to be able to see season 3, but can’t get it to work. Sent a message to busy.com and it took them almost a month to reply with a very confusing answer. If you don’t care about this feature, don’t worry about it.

This whole series is fabulous! It has surprises, some of which I didn't like, but unfortunately they make the series more like real life. One friend commented that he gets tired of "super hero" types, but yet he had to admit that in every occupation there really do exist some who have knowledge ind instincts which elevate them to accomplish greater things than their contemporaries. Even my friend would give this series 5 stars.

Last Ship Season 3 was good. Great series.

Not wanting to spoil the show for those who hasn't seen it, I really love this show.I love the strategy part of the show and gives me a better understanding of how a destroyer fights and maneuver, which I am glad to see.I end up staying all night and finish the whole season in one shot.

The third season was exciting with many surprises. I liked that Tex came back. I hated that they killed him off right away. I can't wait to see the fourth season. I really love this series and all the characters. It's really hard when someone does. I hope to see much more.

Did not say where it would not play. Won't play for me and the digital ode doesn't work. Was a Christmas gift and I can not return it.

Picture quality was fantastic! Yes, I know it's a Blu-ray and should be better, but this was above and beyond. Sharp, clear, and even the dark scenes ware easily seen and understood. Sound quality was excellent as well. Can't wait for the next season's release.

Comme les 2ères saisons, celle-ci est pleine d'action, de tension et de rebondissements.L'histoire se passe principalement en Asie et aux USA où le président Michener tente de redresser le pays après la grippe rouge.L'affrontement entre le président chinois Peng et le commandant Chandler fait un peu penser aux tensions actuelles entre la Chine et les USA. Cette partie de l'histoire est vraiment intéressante car on voit que malgré la pandémie mondiale les rivalités entre pays et même entre peuples sont toujours bien présentes.La partie qui se déroule aux USA est également intéressante même si j'ai un peu moins aimé le côté "je cherche la taupe" au sein de l'exécutif présidentiel. Ce n'est pas que cette partie soit mauvaise mais elle est moins aboutie, moins complexe que dans une série comme 24H Chrono par exemple.Ce qui est toujours bien avec cette série c'est qu'aucun personnage n'est à l'abri d'une disparition inopinée ce qui ajoute une tension palpable pas désagréable du tout. Ce n'est pas comme dans certaines séries où les bons survivent toujours à la fin.Pour le reste, la qualité est toujours aussi élevée et ne diminue pas par rapport aux 2ères saisons.Seul bémol quant au nombre d'épisodes ... 13 c'est vraiment trop peu selon moi.Vous l'aurez sans aucun doute compris mais je recommande sans hésiter cette excellente 3ème saison de The Last Ship.J'espère que mon avis vous aura été utile.
