Great for Littles
This worked great for my 3 year old when we went to the water park. He hasn't learned how to swim yet so there is just enough padding to let him feel comfortable, but not too comfortable like a life vest where he can just float. I only took away one star because I received mine with a black smudge across the front like it was dropped prior to packaging? I'm not sure.

Great vest
I purchased this for my 1 1/2 yr old. It was perfect for our vacation! It was comfortable and the fabric is soft. Would purchase again.

Will not hold child in upright position trying to always put them on there face a waste of money not safe

Purchased twice - two thumbs up!
This is the second of these we have purchased. Loved the first so much we bought a second for both our children. Our 2 year old weighs 25 lbs and this is a great fit when swimming in the lake or pool. It also comfortably fits our niece 1.5 years old around 23 lbs.

what a great value. I have 2 grandkids and this gave protection when theyre in the pool although we still need to assists and protect them since theyre still too young to be left alone but worth buying: two for the price of one. Great Buy!!

Not Great For Young Swimmers In The Pool
I purchased this instead a puddle jumper for a 22 month old learning to swim in the pool. It is comfortable for him to wear, however, it would be better for lake days on the boat rather than swimming in the pool. It makes the child top heavy and not sturdy.
