Well worth money, basically plug and play w/Roland TD-17
Love it and what a name for a great cymbal!!! As reviewers state on YouTube and written online reviews, this is no lemon, and I love it. Out of the box Thursday, November 10, 2022, choke works flawlessly, bell works better than my TD-17 KVX CY-13R and much easier to 'find/hit', and crashes perfectly. A little hot spotting near sensors, but same with my Roland cymbals, though the Lemon is easier to notice due to thinner rubber I guess, but can be offset with module settings. I'm a believer and am going to replace all my KVX cymbal pads with Lemon crashes, and possibly the hi hats too, when I get a chance and have the spare cash. Well done Lemon! Will hold on to my new Roland cymbal pads as I don't know yet about durability, but seems to me there shouldn't be any, and if so, from what I hear and read, Lemon is a great customer focused company so far, much better than stories I've seen/read about Roland. Hopefully people won't try and take advantage of that. Seller packaged securely and shipped fast, thank you and will be back!

Cost and performance is excellent!
This cymbal performs perfectly with my Roland TD-50x module. Had my first gig the other night with this cymbal and I loved the response, and size, of a slightly larger cymbal. I have a Lemon 13" and a 9" splash, both work great too, and a Roland 14". I'm considering the 15" china in the near future.

Lemon Cymbals- Great Regardless of the Price!
As someone who has really searched hi and low for good electric cymbals (regardless of price), you need look no further. I can't speak highly enough about the Lemon brand. As a seasoned drummer with many years of experience, I do have to say am I quite surprised by the quality of any of the Lemon products. Personally, I've always wanted and electronic cymbal that has a more realistic size to mimic playing on a real acoustic kit and these absolutely fit the bill. They have good weight and feel to them and I find that they play exceptionally well when dialed in to your module of choice (I use a Pearl Mimic Pro). They do exactly what they say the do and they are easy to set up on your kit. I have multiple crashes, the new 20" ride and china...All Lemon. Even my hi hats which I have found to superior to my previous Roland hats are Lemon and I love them! I would highly recommend to anyone needing great responding, realistic looking and feeling electric cymbals!

Very good considering what it costs. Would recommend.
I have a Roland TD11 and this cymbal works perfectly with it. I can tell that it is cheaper that Roland products but, considering it's probably half the price, that is what you would expect. It still functions just as well as my other Roland cymbals. Just ordered another one in fact. Pros: • Works really well. Plug and play. No fuss. • Costs less than the Roland alternatives. Cons (Note. There are more cons listed here, but they are very minor. Pros definitely outweigh the cons): • Port labelling isn't great. Parts are marked as #1 and #2 rather than Bell and Bow. • Definitely cheaper construction and louder than the Roland product. • It only comes with a cheap, plastic, under cymbal rocker (the thing that makes it so it doesn't spin when struck). No felt or wing nut. So you'll need to supply those yourself. I just ordered a couple of Roland replacements since they're pretty cheap.

Love the size, shape, and function of this China pad
This is my third lemon cymbal pad as I’m expanding as needed. All three pads have functioned flawlessly. One thing I really like about this specific pad is the realistic size and shape. It just makes the kit look better than having a bunch of small pads. I’ll keep buying lemon for my expansion needs as they’ve been batting .1000 so far!

Definitely worth it
Bought this as a backup to my Roland. Then I gave it a try and now it is my preferred ride cymbal. Love the size. It's a little louder than the Roland when practicing at home. Good item, great price.

A great addition to my kit.
Just added this cymbal to my kit last night and it works great. No config needed to use with my Roland TD-27. Just plug and play.

Only lasted 7 months.
Poor durability. Purchased in February and only lasted until September before having major issues. The cymbal double triggers with every hit. I didn’t hear anything loose or rattling around inside of it at first but after playing it a bit more there is definitely something rattling in there. I double checked the cable and my module settings but it is the cymbal. You can turn the sensitivity in the module to its lowest setting and it will still double trigger. It will trigger even with the movement of the cymbal rebound after being struck. The price is appealing but it’s almost like buying a disposable product. I have Roland CY-8 pads that are 20 years old and still work fine. This product didn’t even make it a year.
