Perfect replacement for my Lenovo Yoga 920. I normally have my laptop on a stand, and I hadn't noticed that my battery was a problem, until I set the laptop on my desk surface. Even though I was not having any battery issues diminishing my power use. I noticed my laptop was sitting lopsided on my desk. The original battery was so puffed that it was pushing against my back panel of the laptop, bowing it out. I quickly ordered this replacement. It was super easy to install. All the mounting holes lined up, and the batterie's power connection seated in perfectly. I had my laptop up and running with new battery in less than 10 minutes. I've now been using this new battery for over 6 months, with no issues. Holds a charge as long as the stock battery did. Very happy with my purchase.

Original battery was not holding - suddenly dying when it looks like it should have more time. Signs of a bad cell in it. Some search hits looked wildly different in shape (correct one is the skinny long rectangle with tabs, not the boxier ones). The bottom lid continues and wraps around the heat exhaust and back of speakers. Careful when you pry it open. Find a video on youtube. If the old battery died odds are this is a good time to step outside and blow out some of the dust from the heat sink and fans with gentle burstst from a can of air. I ordered the Laqueena. Seemed the closest to original and highest chance of working and being recognized by the laptop. Some of the newer Lenovo BIOS are very picky with aftermarket batteries. Installed with no issue. While the power and battery were out I did hold the power button 10 sec. Put the cover on to test if it boots - booted ok, no BIOS errors. Ran the lenovo scan - now battery is showing good health. 1 cycle - and good estimate of runtime (it will vary based on CPU). Going to complete a couple full discharge/charge cycles to help it calibrate estimates.

I am writing to tell you to buy this to save your Lenova yoga laptop!! I just installed it and it came at 36% charge and is currently charging. The tools included are great! I did not realize the screws on the bottom of the laptop are little star shaped ones so without the tools I would not have been able to change the battery. I Googled how to disconnect the battery (no instructions on that), but it's super simple, just use the little pry tool to push at the black plug part on both sides and shimmy it out gently. Easy install, fits perfect and the screw holes line up. I am attaching a before and after pic of the battery health from the Lenova Vantage app that identified my old battery was dead and the new battery is showing up as full capacity! The price is honestly fantastic considering I would have had to buy a whole new laptop ($800+). I will updated on functionality and capacity if I have any issues, otherwise if it continues to work great I'll leave the 5 star review!

When it arrived was very nicely packaged and seemed like the manufacturer was trying to produce quality merchandise. Included additional instructions on the care and management of the battery. Unfortunately right at two months of having the battery, it failed. Upon starting the computer now an error pops up stating there was a permanent failure of the battery. The computer has no issues and the original battery lasted 6 years. Hadn't had much luck with these cheap Japanese copies. Have contacted the manufacturer and to find out if I might be eligible for a warranty replacement. I will advise my success once I get a response. The 30 period to return the item to Amazon has passed. Maybe this is a fluke and I happened to get a bad one. *** Update 08/19/2022 Customer service at Laqueena was fast and efficient. Although a new battery was sent out, they could not find any record of my purchase. I had to take pictures of the old battery to confirm my purchase. New battery arrived today as promised, appears good. Hoping and keeping fingers crossed there are no more failures.

A good replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop. It was easy to install and did come with screwdrivers and other tools to help in the process. While you can use the screwdrivers provided, I found it much easier to work with my own, so keep that in mind and consider buying a set in addition to this. The prying tools were nice, made it simple to open up the laptop case once the screws were removed. Its been some months since I bought this battery and its still working very well! My laptop charges up to 95% with this battey, but your experience could differ. This is my first battery replacement for this laptop, the original battery lasting nearly a decade before it stopped working, so I hope that this one lasts at least a couple of years.

First off, I love my Lenovo laptop. After 2 years, the battery needed replacing. I bought a battery from a different supplier that was supposed to be an OEM replacement. Suffice it to say it was not 100% compatible. I never got more than 2 hrs use. It started swelling and stopped taking a charge after 2 years. So, I replaced that battery with this new one. Instant success! 6+ hours use on battery. The install took less than 15 minutes. I've had it for a month, and it is at least as good as the OEM. Very satisfied customer! Important: follow the initial charge/discharge instructions with this, or any laptop battery. It will payoff with improved performance.
