Style the way I want using 6 different attachments
Had to buy a new trimmer because my 3 years old Philips died on me and the stress of driving to service center coupled with expected wait time and expense, I decided to get a new one. This is one fine trimmer with length adjustments of 0.5 mm precision and 6 different attachment for every occasion is a gem.Now i can style my beard and hair differently for every occasion :)Better to hold than my old philips, lighter too maybe. Battery is brilliant, had atleast 4-5 rounds and haven't recharged until now. The power adaptor is so small compared to my old trimmer and quick charging time of 1 hr is simply brilliant. There's a a small cleaning brush bundled to clear away hair. It's so much easier to travel with this and by virtue of design it won't accidentally start operating in my check-in lugguage.Hope this one continues to be a trouble free device in years to come. I'm already very happy :)

Great trimmer with a few obvious design missteps
UPDATE 01/02/2023: It stopped working normally. It still works but it feels like the motor isn't providing enough power to the blades anymore, so it runs at a quarter to half speed as when it was new. Trimming is pretty slow, and I feel like the blades aren't as effective anymore either. Battery life has gone down to almost 15 minutes, so I get MAYBE 3 quick trims out of it. The switch is another issue; it only turns on when I push the switch IN and then up, because of which I thought it was dead for a while and purchased another cheaper Philips trimmer (which I have been very happy with, so this thing was basically a waste of money). There is no Braun service center near me either, it's 200km away in another city, so I couldn't claim the warranty or get it replaced from Amazon because the return window was closed as well. This has been a pretty bad experience overall. It works still but I just don't have enough patience to use it, nor can I sell it off because I would be doping the other person off of their money. The only thing I can use properly is the nose trimmer attachment. Stay away from this product and Braun. It looks and feels good but if it stops working, you basically have no recourse. Strongly not recommended. Below is my original review, but I recommend you skip it.==================================================================================This thing works amazingly well. It takes no time for a quick trim, and if you have the time you can really adjust it to your needs with the attachments. The body itself is extremely well designed and ergonomic for holding. The button feels nice, blades fit with a satisfying click. Comes with basically most attachments you’ll ever need, and a cleaning brush. Not the quietest trimmer I’ve used, but it does it’s job pretty quickly, so that’s not much of an issue. That being said, there are some weirdly obvious things it’s missing. There’s no light to tell you the charge status, so you gotta guess when to plug it into the adapter; the only indication is the speed of the motor. The light on the charger is useless because it only glows yellow, another indicator which doesn’t actually indicate the charge status. The manual says to plug in for 10 hours for a full charge but that’s vague and without any real indication. I wish it used AAs instead, but whatever. Battery life though seems to be much higher than quoted, by about 10-15 minutes. The attachments are not obviously installable and the manual does very little to explain how to do it; there’s not a lot of text to read through. The OOBE is kinda crappy because of that. These are kind of small problems for me though, considering how well the product works. As long as you keep the cons in mind, it’s a great purchase, better than some Philips products above its price point.
