I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FEATHERS, AS WELL AS THE THICKNESS, AND SOFTNESS. I HAVE DONE HOUSE CLEANING FOR OVER 30 YEARS, AND GENERALLY JUST PURCHASE FEATHER DUSTERS FROM WALMART, WHICH WORK FAIRLY WELL, BUT TEND TO THIN QUICKLY, AND HAVE FEW FEATHERS. ONE OF MY CLIENTS HAS ACTUALLY HAD THIS SAME STYLE FEATHER DUSTER FOR YEARS, AND I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED USING IT, SO I WAS ON A MISSION TO FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ONE, AND AM PLANNING TO PURCHASE MORE!!!! THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

This thing is attractive and looks like good quality, but the smell of moth balls was terribly overpowering. I had to leave it on my porch for 2 weeks. It still has odor but bearable.

My wife has been using a feather duster for many years. The last one had given out so she asked me to find her a replacement. I did a lot of searching and decided on this one. She has been very happy with it and it seems to be much higher quality than her last one. If anything changes I will post an update, but so far looks Great :-) I did want to mention that it has a strong smell when first opened but over the past couple days it has dissipated and working well.Take Care, GrandpaJake

I bought a different feather duster before these. Bought three of these. They smelled so awful I hung them outside for a couple of weeks. Still very strong non natural odor. Cannot be good to breathe.

Feather dusters arrived and smelled so strongly of "moth balls" that I had to put them and the packaging in the garage. I thought they would air out, but so far, they smell just as strongly as they did when they arrived. It's unlikely I'll use them in the house (will stick with my old one), but my husband said it didn't bother him and he'll use them in his garage and with the vehicles.

The quality of these feather dusters was far better then anything I have purchased in the past as far feature dusters go !! I bought 3 of them and I will definitely buy them over and over again. They are very large and work amazing ! And the price was so much cheaper then I have paid in the past !!

Great feather duster. Comments said the moth ball smell was no longer a problem but mine still smelled of moth balls. Smell doesn't bother me much. In fact, moth balls remind me of Christmas when I was a kid, so I kind of like it. But I'm weird. Ask anybody.

I was looking for a very full duster, which the reviews seemed to indicate applied to this one. Very disappointed. This duster is definitely not “full”, but is actually on the skimpy side. I can buy the same at Walmart.
