GABA GABA GOOD!
This supplement worked slightly better for me than Calm My Brain. I prefer this one. I've noticed I have better focus and increased productivity since taking it. I like that it can help for people that work out; that's good for me because I lift weights. I definitely recommend it.

It’s real !
This product was recommended to me by my son and his respiratory therapist girlfriend who loves it and stated the difference they feel when taking it. I started initially taking one a day , then two after a couple of weeks. It has been life changing for me as I feel calm and am able to focus working for two busy dentists. Nice product
I think this works, but I take it in conjunction with rx for sleep. I'm a horrible insomniac, so it's hard for me to get to sleep regardless.
