Best company and product.
The philosophy of the company is amazing. When I received my water bottle it had a defect. It was a few weeks before I got around to return it. They accepted my return request and sent me a brand new bottle before I even returned the damaged bottle. The bottle is smaller than what I wanted but because the company took care of the return in such a professional manner I highly recommend this company. The new water bottle is damage free and works great!!

What it’s like?
It’s good very good I thought it would be a little bigger. You have to have all of the water out to make it collapse and it doesn’t really keep you water cold but yes it’s good for traveling.

Too small and leaky…
I bought this as a gift for my husband and it was a waste of money… used it a couple times but was constantly frustrated by the water leaking out of the cap. Plus this thing is pretty tiny. Not very practical if you are out hiking or exercising. It ended up at the thrift store!

Doesn’t hold up
My son loved this! But after a month- it has a hole in the side and it’s going in the trash.

Good product, even better customer service.
The product itself is extremely well designed and very effective for the intended purpose. Mine sprang a leak after two days of use but the manufacturer was extremely helpful and quick in replacing my bottle with a brand new one and the product's warranty is fantastic.
