Motivx Tools 3pc Angle Jaw Hose Pinch Pliers Set

These are the real beans. Right when I opened the amazon box, I saw the packaging and was blown away. Even the box that holds the pinch pliers felt high quality. The pinch pliers comes with a case (similar to a wrench roll) to store them in. The pliers feel high quality and thick. When clamped, the jaws are flush (unlike other brands where they have a gap) and make it so that nothing leaks out when pinched. When you handle a high quality tool, you can feel it in your hands. This is one of them. For the price, it's a must have.

Used the largest one to pinch off an upper radiator hose on a passenger vehicle to replace the thermostat . Had to squeeze a little harder to fully pinch hose completely..... snapped off the first time I squeezed it. Must be intended for lite duty applications only. Pretty disappointed.

Everything Motivx sells is great quality. I only wish they made more tools, so I could buy more from such a great company!

Great gas line clamp. The angle helps for the hard to reach hoses

These are okay. Clamping power is not as secure as I had hoped. The plastic is fairly flexible and doesn't squeeze very tight. If there is pressure in the hose you are clamping expect them to leak. They are definitely not strong enough to hold a garden hose.

Useless items. Attempted to use these on a few radiator jobs to keep from having to drain the whole system... might as well have stuffed a rag in the hose. Never remotely stopped the coolant from draining
