An Elsa Beskow Gift Collection: Children of the Forest and other beautiful books

Wonderful stories this author creates.

Loveeeee these stories and their whimsical settings. This is one of my favorite authors to read to my 4 yr old son. They are a nice transition into longer books and they keep his attention.

Elsa Beskow creates lovely stories and images.

Thea books are very well priced for how beautiful and magical they are. This set makes a lovely gift for any little one. These stories are very imaginative and one of a kind! They keep our children’s attention by being engaging, whimsical and silly.

So timeless! These books are great and love the small format. Easy to read despite being small and wonderful stories and illustrations. My children were thrilled to receive these over the holidays.

I love these books and even though they are small they make the perfect gift. I bought them as a baby shower gift to share my love for this author.

I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. I love the stories and pictures. I DO wish that the PRINT were larger and easier for someone like me (nearly 72) to read it to her.

We like these mini editions of Elsa Beskow’s books so much that we bought our favorites in the larger versions. The drawings are lovely, and the story lines are sweet. My personal favorite is “Pelle’s New Suit”.

The book case was completely broken..

This set of books was a gift but I’ve read some of the ones included to my grandchildren and they loved them. Elsa Beskow was an amazing writer and the illustrations are too.

The stories themselves are very good, but the books could be larger. Also, the case contains two carton spacers (because the books are of different sizes), which overall looks not so nice

Nice interesting books for my young to learn
