How much essential oil does it need to add to be scented?

That depends on how strong you want scent to be and the quality of your essential oils. I typically use anywhere from 8 to 15 drops depending on the oil blend I am using ( I use more for wellness oils like my thieves oil or a breathe oil).

Is there a reset button? My diffuser’s buttons have stopped working so I can’t get it to turn on. I’ve tried unplugging and re-plugging w/ no luck.

Did you truly cleaning the vibration plate (center little divet in the bottom of the tank). Mine kept shutting off & not turning back on even after unplugging it. Cleaned it w/ a paper towel & now it's fine.

What is the warranty and how do you redeem it ?

Never cared about warranty... They're inexpensive and work for me..... I run 7 days and about 10 hours a day......the more expensive ones do not last any longer than these.....hope that was helpful
