LESS IS MOREEEE! This gorgeous rose smelling perfume LASTS all day and I really don’t need much to smell it on myself! I get many compliments on it as well! So happy I found this perfume again!

I’ve been wearing this perfume since 1998. I don’t know if it happens to just be my pheromones but everywhere I go all of these years I get many compliments. They stopped making it for a while and I had to buy from a secondhand producer. I’m glad it’s back on the market again. It’s not floral like many other perfumes, but more woodsy, very natural and clean smelling. I love it, and now my daughters wear it as well!

Unfortunately, I like expensive perfumes. This one smells great and it is affordable. I am very pleased and it also arrives in a bigger quantity as well for very reasonable price.

I read all the reviews on this perfume before purchasing it. I started to wear this in the late 90’s. Yes, the bottle design is different and yes, it smells a little different as well. It is still a nice fragrance. When I smelled it, it seemed to be more floral vs smelling more fresh like the old version. The dry down is not as strong and smells a little more floral. Overall, it’s still a great scent with a hint of the old version still present. Not sure I will buy it again, but it’s still a nice perfume all the same. It still has a light, fresh with a floral smell to it. If you are hoping it smells like the original, it does not, just a hint of it.

I received my new bottle of Rosewood today, and I was nervous after reading some of these reviews that this would not be an authentic product. I have just a tiny bit left of my original bottle that I bought in the BR store years ago in the round wooden box, and I am so relieved that this new bottle I received is EXACTLY the same as my first bottle! All it took was one spray for me to realize that this was the real deal. Same beautiful, romantic, powdery scent and the strength/lasting power is also the same. The only difference is the wood printed box vs the original wooden box. I’m so thrilled to have another large bottle of this beauty! One of my favorite scents of all time- it has such a mysterious and almost ethereal scent trail. 100% recommend! Thank you Amazon!

I have been wearing this original W scent from Banana Republic for 15 years. They no longer sell this original W in stores so I've had to buy off of this website regularly for the past 3 and half years. With my most recent purchase, I was scent the "new version" of W they sell in the stores that is actually pink in color not clear like the original and if you look at the photo it shows a "clear" colored liquid for the fragrance when purchasing. So I was super sad and very disappointed when I did my regular order and received this terrible, tacky scented product. NOT at all like the light, fresh fragrance I've worn as my signature scent for over a decade! Maybe they are not making the original anywhere anymore? If anyone reads this review and knows of where I can get the Original version of W, please let me know as I'm crushed to not be able to wear it anymore!
