Don't buy it, the laptop started with issues from the first month, am not able to use it now!When I contacted the seller they ignored me and for more than month am chasing them to fix it!!I regret now to buy thus device and I don't have a solution

The battery back up is not good (last less than an one hour) and the machine gets over heated after 5-10 minutesCan't able to touch on the keyboard due to the over heating

Different specs and slightly used or refurb

I give two stars overall. I bought this a year ago tomorrow, and today it has crashed on me five times. It used to give a code for some malfunction when it crashed. Now it doesn't bother anymore. When it works, it's fine, and thankfully I haven't lost any important work in its frequent meltdowns. But it's annoying as hell for a new computer to simply crash in the middle of low-draw activities like writing in Word or listening to music on YouTube. It seems to be the high-draw activities like rendering a video or editing audio when it is least likely to crash. But for a $1000+ laptop, it's no bueno. I wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend, unless you like surprises...Ah! Its crashing agai

Artikel kam pünktlich wie bestellt. Drucker kam ohne deutsche Bedienungsanleitung (viele andere Sprachen vorhanden). Ließ sich aber über die zu installierende App gut einrichten. Ersten Seiten gedruckt und alles klappt prima. Beipackt war ein großer Tintenvorrat, der für 3 Jahre reichen sollte (Schaun wir mal).

ich möchte meine tiefe Enttäuschung über den Laptop zum Ausdruck bringen, den ich vor kurzem bestellt habe.Die Erfahrung mit diesem Produkt war äußerst unbefriedigend und ich bin äußerst unzufrieden.Ich hatte mich darauf gefreut, den Laptop zu erhalten, den ich bestellt hatte, aber stattdessen wurde mir ein Drucker geliefert. Es war äußerst frustrierend zu sehen, dass meine Bestellung falsch ausgeführt wurde.Um sicherzugehen, dass es sich tatsächlich um einen Laptop handelt und nicht um einen Drucker, kontaktierte ich umgehend Ihren Kundendienst. Der Kundendienst bestätigte mir, dass es sich um einen Laptop handeln sollte und versprach, das Missverständnis zu klären.Darüber hinaus war das Gewicht des Druckers viel zu schwer, um als tragbares Gerät angesehen zu werden.Ich bin äußerst unzufrieden mit diesem Erlebnis und erwarte Lösung für dieses Problem.

Wie auch bei den anderen Rezessionen, bekam ich einen Drucker. Nach mehreren Mails und Telefonaten mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir versichert bei der zweiten Bestellung garantiert den Laptop und nicht wieder einen Drucker zu erhalten. Naja, hat nicht funktioniert und es gab wieder einen Drucker. Sehr schade was aus dem früher mal sehr guten Kundenservice geworden ist.
