A great keto and fitness book
This book is an easy to read and understand keto and fitness book walking you step by step through the process. Bronson explains everything simply, not over your head science like some books. In reading this book he addresses his many life experiences with fitness and diet that gave him the knowledge to write the book. In the book he addresses fitness, fat loss, carbs, protein, diet and nutrition, immune system and many many other things. Oh...and also how to work around injuries and still keep going. Whether you are 20 or 80 this book can benefit you, you are never too old or too young to start implementing the things outlined in the book.

A logical and practical guide for fitness and ketogenic nutrition
I’ve been following different forms of low carb nutrition for a few years but avoided incorporating fitness. This book cuts through all the excuses and lays out a clear roadmap for improving your quality of life no matter where you are now. The information and resources provided are valuable regardless of age, health condition, or fitness level. For that I’m really appreciative! The book has an appropriate emphasis on “why” and mindset. It drives home not only what you can do to level up and how to do just that, but why you should care or want to put in the work. It was money well spent and I’d recommend the book to anyone. Really. Anyone!

A MUST READ!! Simple easy read with a powerful message.
Very motivational. You have to get your mind right before anything else. Your mindset is so powerful. You have to know your “why.” Hands down one of the most helpful books in my life. It’s a must read!! And it’s simple, easy to understand, follow and an easy read but with powerful unforgettable messages. I have already bought two extra copies and given them as gifts. I would also suggest looking up this author he’s got some great stuffy programs going on to help you achieve more and be successful.

Best Book on Fitness and Nutrition
If anyone asks me (and sometimes they do) what is the best book I can recommend for low carb, keto or carnivore - and strength training - hands down, this is it. The foods we eat must be nutrient rich, yes! But also must be bio available. Won't do us much good if there are anti nutrients blocking absorption. And how much protein do I need? How important is skeletal muscle mass? What about cholesterol? I listened to this book on Audible, but also bought the paperback. I need this book underlined and dog earred. I'll be referring to it a lot. As one who is already reaping the benefits of much of what is written here (lowered blood pressure, off meds - lost anxiety, depression and joint pain along with 42 lbs), I say YES, this is a great book and explains all of the points made very well!!

The perfect guide for keto and physical fitness.
I read this book 2 times so far and am going on the 3rd time. I'm learning so much everytime I re-read.There's guides that outline help to learn how to understand your health, new ways of eating and enjoying what you eat, fitness help and much much more.He's really written a book of ketogenic lifestyle that anyone can understand.He's made it that easy!I'm very thrilled with this book and look forward to continuing with my health journey.Bronson has helped me tremendously with all this info and even has a workout app that can be joined with the opportunity for his input when asked.He's a stand up guy and a wealth of info.

Easy read and informative

Simple to understand and all in one place
I have been a carnivore for three years. I have watched so many influencers on IG and youTube. Paid for a consultation to figure things out. I dropped my protien and increased my fat intake way to much. I gained weight. My journey has not been linear. Started weight training and found Coach Bronson's book. He is down to earth. The book is a must if you are a beginner or just need some assistance to figure things out. He explains so much. From Macros, to how to build muscle and explains how our bodies use energy, whether it is clean energy or dirty energy. I read the book in one day. It was an easy read and now I am back on track to drop my body fat while increasing my Skeletal Muscle Mass. I want to be strong and healthy and the rest will follow.
