Maybe this was stated somewhere if I had researched harder (but how hard do I want to research a <$10 product?)- the instructions says "Do not stick the labels straight onto fabric." Well none of my daughter's clothes have tags because toddlers hate scratchy tags so this is useless. I'll do her shoes and see how it holds up. Kind of a bust

Don't usually write reviews but I have to for this product. Major fail for me. Used the pen they provided. Labeled tons of clothes and towels. Washed them all and the names are almost completely gone after the first washing. I am so disappointed. Now I have to start over. Wondering why I had such bad results when other reviewers love it?

These are a great product. They are big enough to put the entire name but small enough to fit most labels...where the clothes didn't have labels, they stuck to the item itself. I will happily purchase these again!

it is the best product ever. I had to label every item of my children because they went on a sleep away summer camp and, after 3 weeks they had to laundry by themselves, the labels are intact, the letters are 100% visible. On contrary of a couple of items that I marked using a permanent marker where the letters were fuzzy and unable to identify whose belong to. I definitely recommend to my friends!!!

I followed directions for applying these stickers, and they still come off in the wash. Also, they are meant to be applied to the garment's care-label tag, which is often not readily visible to whomever is sorting laundry. I got these for my elderly mother's clothes when she went into a care facility. Have now replaced them with sew-on labels applied where they are seen.

These things are awesome. I got them to send my little one to a two-week camp and when she got home they were all still in place. Even the ones on her shoes and her bathing suit no running or fading I am quite impressed.

These do come off occasionally but most stay on after repeated washings. Place them on a tag if possible to stay on longer. Pen works well, does not smear or fade.

These were ok. The price was right and they stayed on for camp. If you're intending to use them for an extended period they didn't particularly hold up to repeated washing. But they were perfect for a week at camp and easy to write on.

I have previously bought iron-on labels that came straight off after one wash and sew-in labels that were great but after sewing in three and it taking over an hour I lost the will to live. I have to admit I was dubious but after reading other reviews I thought I would give these a try.I still wasn't sure when they arrived as they just look like ordinary sticky labels but I have been very pleasantly surprised by their performance so far. I've used them in clothing and they have come out of my washer/dryer without any signs of wear or tear. Not even the ink has smudged! I've also used them to label school shoes and again, they are readable and stuck fast.I will definitely be buying these again and recommending them to others too.

These labels have washed well in the washing machine and dishwasher.I like that they are iron free and just stick on. The only drawback is that the label itself needs to be stuck to the garment label, sometimes making them a little less obviously marked than I'd like. They are soft enough not to be 'scratchy', a major win in this household!The fact that I can individually mark my kids names by writing them rather than having to buy four separate lots is fantastic.I will be back for more.

Really impressed with this product so far. Thank you for coming up with something that lets us busy mums be able to have confidence that our kids school things have their names on them, without the need to iron on or sew. I've used them on everything, lunch boxes, snack pots, shoes, clothes, drinks bottles and even pencils. They really really stick and so far so good with the washes ... No labels have started to come off and my handwritten names are still perfectly legible. Hope they stand the test of time, I really do as I would buy these again in a heartbeat. Having two kids, I found there was enough labels for both of them. It's brilliant. Buy!

These labels were just what I was looking for when my mum moved into a residential home. I dislike sewing and most of the tags in her clothes were dark so I couldn’t use a laundry pen, and I was struggling for ideas.I ordered these labels based on the good reviews they’d already received, and so far so good! Her clothes have been washed copious times and they’re still stuck fast and haven’t faded.I’m ordering some more!

I bought these last August to label my son’s school uniform after being recommended them by a friend. I didn’t think they would actually be as good as she said but they are amazing. After years of iron in labels that come out every time you wash the uniform or sew in tags that take forever to put in these are perfect. Right the name on the sticker, stick in on the label of the clothes and that’s it done! In almost a year only one label has come off, the writing hasn’t worn off any! I have just bought a second box, whilst the labels don’t need replacing unfortunately the uniform does so I have got through quite a few!
