Clear instructions, love the make-up mirror design on the top of the steamer, it really comes in handy, compared to many other facial steamer products on the market. My steamer gives me roughly 14 mins of steam which is just sufficient. Been using it for two weeks, didn't experience any issues, the whole device is a quality build, does not feel cheap at all. I also owned a more expensive Panasonic nano ionic facial steamer for several years until I lost it during a recent move, and that Panasonic one was roughly 2.5x the price of this. I can hardly tell the difference in terms of the steam quality between the two. If you are forcing me to be extremely picky and point out one drawback of this device, I would have to say the device is "a little chubby to hold" and I will not be able to grab it by just one hand, compared to the Panasonic nano ionic facial steamer where I can just carry it by its neck, which is much slimmer. So yes, you'll need to use both hands if you are carrying it, or when you are disposing water left at the bottom of the water inlet after each use. But all in all, this is a very competitive product on the market in terms of both the quality and the pricing. Buy it for yourself or gift it to someone you love, this won't let you down.

The media could not be loaded. So far I absolutely love this product. The steam is a perfect temperature and fills great on my face. I love the packaging and the overall aesthetic of the steamer. It’s very modern and chic. The steamer is small and produces a great amount of steam in a consistent flow.**Tip: when going to remove the water tank press on the compartment hard enough until you hear a click. Once you let go the water tank should pop up. Directions said to press gently, but for me I found that by pressing gently I was not applying enough pressure to the compartment to release the water tank.**Directions are very straight forward and I encourage people to follow them to help the product stay in top performance.In other reviews I’ve heard the product stopped working after a couple of uses and I have only used my product one time. I’ll provide an update about a month from now. I hope this helps!

So I placed an order for this item March 1 and received it March 3; shipping is really fast! I wanted this to see if it will help with opening my pores and dead skin removal because I've been breaking out lately. I opened it earlier to give it a test (I did three test run with 15mim break in between). I did rinse out the water reservoir with a water bottle and refill with water bottle; I didn't use tap water because one of the review say not to. I liked that it's about 14min consistent steam and the flow is the same each time. The reservoir didn't want to come out each time I pushed down to extract it out; haooened the first time also new out of the box (I read other reviews that it does get stuck on them). It has a plastic smell as the steam is coming out on all three use (other reviews say the same thing; I don't know how to feel about this). After each use even after 10mins the water reservoir is still warm to the touch. I do however like the mirror it helps me see where the steam is hitting my face but I'm afraid it might break on me so I'm extra careful. The power cord position is a bit hard to put in to me. It's difficult to use around the forehead area I kinda have to tilt my head... not sure if safe to hold the steamer while in use so didn't. Pretty easy to power on and once it runs out of water the light flashes red. I don't think there's a off button but simply unplug it because I tried turning it off and it just change from red light to clear light. As of right now I'm debating to keep it or return it because of the plastic smell; it really does give me a headache smelling it.Oh also youll have to empty the water reservoir there is quiet a bit of water left in there!

Love love this steamer. I steam my face once a week and have fallen in love with this machine. Free of hassle: no warming up water and dirtying more pots and putting towels over your head non sense. Also this keeps its consistency going full force unlike the pot of water which goes out in like 5 mins. With this machine, I can keep it running until the water inside evaporates, think it can go up to 15 mins. Use gradually though, its intense, just like the way I like it, very effective product.There was a problem with the unit, I contacted customer service and they responded quickly with a full replacement. I highly recommend this product to avid beauty gurus. It exceeds my expectations!

So far I used it for 4 times and I absolutely love it! My new year resolution was to take care more of my face and this facial steamer is making it much easier and faster. Its very easy to use: just plug in, add water and press the button. Its also very compact and looks nice on a bathroom counter. I use the steamer before applying a pore cleaning masks like clay or such, to open up my pores. Before i got it I was negotiating with myself to save money and just use a pot with hot water and the towel over my head. I am glad I didnt because having a young kid = not having that extra time and effort and I am sure I would just skip that step altogether, Now, I just turn on the button and have a nice steady steam. Overall, very happy.
