Update: updating rating because of the excellent customer service! They recently reached out and offered a refund since it didn't work for me. Menopause is so different for everyone. So, I guess what works for one person may not work for everyone. At least it tastes good! I like the taste so I gave it 1 star. The taste is similar to hibiscus tea. The resealable bag is nice. Other than that I can't say that I would recommend because the tea didn't work me. It's also too expensive.

I have been taking medicine for hot flashes for years and wanted to try weaning myself off with the advice of my doctor. I used this tea as my afternoon self care break. It tastes delicious. I usually have to add stuff to tea (milk sugar honey) but this is so good alone. I drink it from a special tea cup my mother gave me and do my afternoon meditation while I sip it. All I can tell you is I no longer take medication for hot flashes. This helped me wean off and is not a part of my daily ritual!

I read in the reviews that it works! But baby girl! When I tell you my hot flashes slowly became less and less apparent over a period of two weeks! Then one day I realized I hadn't had one in weeks. I didn't finish the whole bag of tea and have not had a hot flash in months! This stuff is the truth!!!!

This the first time for this flavor. I swear by this product. Totally levels my mood and emotions. This peach flavor is amazing! I add a few drops of peach skinny syrup to enhance the flavor, but love this over the Acadia flavor.

Not sure what this is supposed to do. . I’m still the same Tea tastes ok. I don’t add anything to it

After my hysterectomy I had to try something different that did not include a prescription. This tea helped balance my hormones naturally and helped stop my Hot Flashes and Night Sweats. The tastes is soooo good and much different than anything I’ve tried before! This Tea is 5 Star amazing!!!
