Pros:1. Stylish and doesn't look like every other backpack on the subway2. Holds a fair bit - I carry my laptop, packed lunch, and sundry items with no issueCons:1. The stupid magnetic snaps Never. Stay. On. Yes, the main compartment is zipped but with the snaps always coming off, you're left with the front flapping away in the breeze2. The shoulder straps don't lock so no matter how much you adjust it, as soon as you heft it on, the straps loosen and lengthen. End result: straps constantly slipping down my shoulders3. Can fit a laptop but not built for a laptop. Unless you have a padded sleeve yourself, there is only a thin pocket of fabric inside the main compartment to "hold" your laptop

I had the backpack seven months and loved it, and got so many comments on it, until one day, on vacation, the buckle on one of the straps all of a sudden just broke into two pieces. Cheap, cheap plastic unfortunately. Also, some of the sewing on the zipper had come off a month into having the bag, leaving a nice hole in between the zipper and the bag material, which was an easy sew job to fix, but was still a sign of the materials used to make the bag. Too bad, because it was a good bag.

The fabric part of this backpack is durable and is holding up well to my daily abuse on public transit. However, the "leather" parts are cheap vinyl and don't endure daily use as well. One of the belt loop bits already broke off, and the top handle is cracked. I am anticipating maybe a year of use before the brown parts fall completely apart.

The bookbag is very aesthetically pleasing, it's a cute bag. However, the quality of the material doesn't look to be that great, it's very thin. The bag also barely fits a 15.6 laptop. I got it to fit but it's very snug. It's a small bag so don't expect fit much aside from the laptop the charger cable and a few thin notebooks. The snaps to the bag aren't snug if you tug slightly at the handle on the top or will open. I wouldn't trust the outside pocket for anything important as it could be easily taken.

For the past seven months, this backpack and I have been inseparable. I've used it on the daily for commuting to and from work/school. It has kept my items dry through rain and snow, so don't worry about your laptop getting wet! In addition, this backpack hasn't shown any wear and tear despite heavy use.The only downside is that this backpack isn't meant for carrying anything bulky. It is perfect for laptops, books, bike locks, and other small items. However, putting anything large and bulky, like my 40oz waterbottle, will make the backpack distended. This is where the magnetic clasps might struggle with staying closed.Still highly recommended this fella!

Excellent value for the money. My work HP laptop is large and heavy and fits nicely in this bag with room left for files and a pad of paper. One large pocket inside. It's light weight and It has a cute tailored European vibe. I like it a lot!

This bag is cute and pretty great until the plastic thing that holds one of the straps together breaks. This happened two months in and I had my laptop in it. Not durable and probably won't last you for very long if you're using it for unless you're using it to hold exclusively light materials.
