pretty much a bust; barely lasted a couple of days
i liked them for the first day. then one of them stopped working (rust almost immediately on the motor), and other one keeps popping the fountainhead off (which then gets stuck in filter).

Fun to watch and uses the power of the sun
I really enjoy this water pump. It sits in the birdbath; you have to make sure it doesn't splash out all the water.The fun is in all the different plates for a stream to a fountain. I wish the accessories were made a little sturdier.Fun to watch and its relaxing.

NEVER WORKED.Update: After letting sit in the bird bath for a few weeks I noticed that it does work! It did not work at first and I was mad but then I saw it working so now I am happy.

Needs sun to be directly above fountain
Only runs continuously when the sun is directly above the fountain. Even if there is not a cloud in the sky you get intermittent spurts until the sun is directly above it.

Pump broke Quickly
This pump broke down after about 2 weeks. I do expect something to work a little longer than that.

With full sun you get the best result.
It works well, and it comes with several nozzles, so you can change how thewater flows.

Stopped working after 5 weeks :(
Worked great for 5 weeks and then just stopped. Always kept it clean and kept birdbath clean. Too late to return :(
