The kit is well equipped and the stones appear to be decent quality. they did a good job sharpening some plane irons.I like to have a sharp knife. Pocket knives, steak knives, chef's/cooking knives. The blades clamp on well to the angle roller, and it’s relatively easy to estimate the proper angle of the blade for sharpening

After opening it and using this knife sharpening set on about four knives I can comfortably say that this is the best knife sharpening set that I have purchased. One thing that I appreciated was the compact nature of the set with the amount of features that you get. It has a nice variety of Stone grit to fit any occasion you need to repair your knives. The honey strap comes in handy if you have display knives. Every night that I've sharpened with this passes the paper test flawlessly. Combine the instructions that they give you with a couple YouTube videos and you are good to go. Highly recommended.
