I purchased this and it's now muddy. How can I wash it? Is it machine washable?

You wash it off with water. It's not meant to be placed in the washing machine.

How can you put a chain and lock on the bike with this cover on?

There's a grommet hole in the bottom of the cover, so you can pull a chain through that. You can also lock the frame and pull the cover over top --it won't pull all the way down but close enough.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover
