The salmon was very high quality and amazing! It’s quite tasty and very easy to prepare. We prepared it with asparagus and it was an amazing dinner. The flavor and texture of this salmon is top tier. The portion size was exceptional and we even cooked our cat & dog a little piece unseasoned and they loved it too!Overall, excellent quality and we would definitely buy this salmon!

This delicious salmon arrived straight to our door in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice! It was completely frozen and dry ice was still frozen and that says a lot living in Las Vegas, Nevada!The portion sizes are perfect and easy to pull a couple out of the freezer, defrost and cook! We’ve baked, broiled and grilled them and they’ve come out delicious every single time!!!I would highly recommend this salmon. We recently bought wild salmon from Whole Foods and it did NOT have the same buttery texture or mild flavor but this salmon has!Perfect purchase there’s four of us in the house we take out for a time and it gives us three meals +2 extra pieces that we’ve grilled it & put it in a salad!

I was so hesitant to purchase seafood through Amazon, but over all I was happy with the salmon. It shipped frozen in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. The fish was cold, but a few areas had started to thaw, though it was all still very cold and it is the middle of summer. I find the color, texture, and flavor to be as described. I thought it was pretty delicious. It was good cuts with no shells or bones. I particularly like that there is no added color as I have a difficult time finding that in stores.

Ok so ordering seafood from amazon is not a normal everyday thing for me. I was a bit nervous, but this exceeded all of my expectations. It arrived in a cooler STILL FROZEN. My mind was blown, because I've had some previously bad experiences with other frozen products. The salmon was a great size and tasted delicious and fresh. I'm so impressed!

This was a Christmas present shipped to to another state to my sis. She was home when it arrived, and there WASN’T ANY DRY ICE IN THE PACKING. It ARRIVED PARTIALLY THAWED OUT, but it was still cool, so she thought it was safe. She put it in the freezer immediately. She ate a steak last night, and HAS FOOD POISONING THIS MORNING. I’m so mad I could scream! She has chronic digestive illnesses and vomiting and diarrhea affects her more seriously than with healthy people. And she is missing her company Christmas luncheon today over this! I’m so embarrassed and worried about her now! And pissed at this company.

I was extremely disappointed in the size. They are NOT 5oz. If they’re 3oz, that’s a lot ! I ordered them specifically because I was looking for a larger than the normal 4oz. Sorry.

Product came to our home in perfect condition! Portion size were perfect for serving size especially since my dear bride and I are really watching our calorie intake. When cooking this item we were very happy with a recipe that required cooking in my grandmother’s 75 year old cast iron skillet! Cooks well with widths being similar in cut/portion size, so both pieces were done at same time. When we made the ponzu sauce & poured it over the Prime Water Filet it melted in our mouths!!!! I will buy again!
