Worth it for our family.
SAMSUNG 85-Inch Class QLED 4K The Frame LS03B Series, Quantum HDR, Art Mode, Anti-Reflection Matte Display, Slim Fit Wall Mount Included, Smart TV w/ Alexa Built-In (QN85LS03BAFXZA). 2022 model year. Brand new on prime day for $2700 USD all in. I got deluxe delivery with unpacking in the chosen room. It's a beast and no good place to hold it so two guys is a must for unpacking and wall mounting. I am not a hardcore videophile or audiophile. This was a HUGE upgrade for us. The sound is fine. The picture is great. The remote is fine. The Samsung UI is fine (not as good as Roku by a long shot). We got this TV for the matte display in a very sunny room. No one is going to believe we have an 85" art piece 38in above the ground in the center of our room...the art is beautiful though. Even my kids like it. The remote took 1 day to get used to. The UI took 1 day to get used to. Watch the wall mount instructions and read all you can on tips and tricks for a smooth install. The instructions are not great so you have to figure out a lot yourself. I'm so excited to be able to sit anywhere in the room on a sunny day and watch football or basketball. Unless you buy a new best of the best TV every year, the TV functions of this will probably be fine for you. That said, I'm glad I got it new but still at a good price. It's a lot of money to justify for a TV. Also, Samsung needs to get it together with drywall mounting hardware and some better instructions. Lots of pictures...not a lot of explanations. The UI also needs an easier way to move apps and remove apps from the home screen.

*** DO NOT BUY *** Art Mode has a Known Issue?!? ***
I cannot believe Samsung continues to sell this $3,500 tv when there is a known issue with Art Mode!! I purchased this 85” The Frame tv in October 2023 because I loved the Art Mode. The Art Mode does not work properly on this tv! After contacting Samsung several times, a supervisor told me it is a known issue that is being worked on, trying to find a solution which would be a firmware update. 2 1/2 months later and nothing! It’s really unbelievable that they continue to sell this product when the art mode malfunctions. The issue: You can set the Art Mode to stay on for a given amount of time set by the user, then it goes to sleep, then the Art Mode comes back on when the tv senses motion. Most of the times it works as it should. **Sometimes when it should be going into sleep mode, instead it turns the tv on to the last channel watched on SamsungPlus tv. **Sometimes the tv just goes black and doesn’t come back on. Today’s call to Samsung 01/09/2024 - won’t give me a supervisor. Agent remotely checked my tv settings AGAIN. She said everything was correct and she will send a link to set up a service call…BUT…if service doesn’t find anything to repair, I WILL BE CHARGED for the service call. I asked if the previous supervisor lied to me when she said an update is needed that will come via new firmware, she didn’t answer. BTW…that phone call was over an hour long 🤬

Frame TV is awesome
Very good price for the Frame 85”, I have a huge wall and my 65” Frame just looked lost. This TV looks great and is much more proportionate to my space. It has an excellent picture and one thing I really like is the antiglare quality is far superior to the previous generation of frame. The menu is also much more user friendly than previous generations of Samsung TVs. I also like the mount system. It has 2 brackets and the previous 65” has a single bracket in the center.

Amazing hardware, picture quality and experience; frustrating software
Overall, this is an impressive device and I'm happy with my purchase. The anti-reflective coating is truly unique among all screens I've ever seen, and this was my major reason for purchasing it. I can have all the lights on in the room with bright, direct sun coming through big windows. There won't be a single reflection anywhere on the screen. I've never seen a screen do anything like this. The result is that art (especially paintings) look like they're on a canvas. Several guests have not been able to tell it was a TV when in art mode. High-resolution photographs on the other hand look almost "hyper-real", because no canvas print could ever match the resolution achieved on the screen. The result is always beautiful. The viewing experience as a TV is also comfortable and enjoyable *during* the viewing. My major complaint is that the software is clunky. It is a slow process to upload images to the TV. It took a while to figure out how to crop images correctly (as 16:9) to remove the mat, and there was no help for this in the app. The TV itself supports all the usual apps, and so the experience within the apps is reasonable, but the navigation between them is clunky as well. You also can't seem to use pure voice control (via Bixby) unless you also buy a *Samsung* soundbar! The good news is that you spend most of your time watching the TV or viewing art rather than using the interface, so in practice, it's just an annoyance. Still, it's frustrating that Samsung hasn't paid more attention to the user interface experience, and if they ever do with an update, I'll be changing this to 5 stars.

Fantastic Frame TV
This is my fourth Samsung the Frame. The TV is a bit pricey compared to other non-frame products. The only competitor "Frame" type product is Chinese (Hisense), and not as big, and doubt the quality will be as good as this Samsung. The TV does everything we want it to do and then some. The quality is outstanding, and the thickness is as thin as they can get it. My only issue was that the amazon reseller used an inferior freight company to ship. Although the box was okay, the item had been dropped and the LCD was shattered to smithereens. I had to send it back and purchase one locally due to time issues. The other 3 had been purchased through Amazon and no issues.

Awesome Tv
We put this in our living room and it looks awesome. Every guest we had thought it was a real frame. Picture quality is good.. We’ve been having it for a year and no issues at all!

Disappointed with backlight bleed.
Very disappointed with Samsung. The art thing is ok but mostly a gimmick. I like the matte finish and does help reduce glare. My biggest issue is the backlight bleed. It makes watching content with dark scenes a big distraction. I attached a image and the camera and dark room really highlights the problem and it is not as bad as the picture illustrates, but it is there and very defined.

I was Scammed by Samsung
This product failed to power on after just 57 days of ownership, and Samsung refuses to offer any service or warranty coverage. I provided the purchase receipt from authorized Samsung dealer, serial number, and irrefutable proof of the failure date and time (from a surveillance camera). When politely asking the Samsung call center rep for an escalation to his manager, he stated on a recorded line "I have no manager". When asking to speak with ANY manager, he states "that's not possible". Perhaps I just had the misfortune of speaking with an awful Samsung support agent... or perhaps this is the corporate culture at Samsung. Either way, I'm out nearly $3,000 due to no fault of my own. Samsung's solution, just throw it out and buy a new one. I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Samsung, which yielded no results. Since I genuinely feel scammed by Samsung, I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) against Samsung's business practices. That also has not yet yielded any results. Absent any further progress, I'm left with very few options other than to sue Samsung in small claims court and hopefully win a judgement against them. What a nightmare!
