The Model Bakery English muffins and preserve set - Blackberry Preserve

I love the english muffins from Model Bakery and when I found out it was possible to order them via Amazon, I was so excited! Unfortunately, our english muffins were moldy so we were offered a new shipment and a full refund. After a week, we received our refund, but we never received a replacement order. I've contacted Model Bakery twice asking when we a replacement would be shipped out, but no answer. It seems like Model Bakery may be too small of an operation to handle large orders via Amazon especially after Oprah has promoted them to be one of her favorite things. I'm very disappointed our experience and will never order from them again.It's too bad because they have a great product, but maybe it was meant to be only sold locally, which I can understand.

Very good product but shipping out of sight. Also didn't get what was pictured but co stood behind their product. Very easy to deal with. Just to much money.

The English muffins seemed a bit greasy, but very good. They taste better when eaten fresh, not quite as good after freezing. The Peach Preserves were an unexpected, best tasting surprise. It's too bad that the shipping is so high.

The muffins arrived very fresh, but they are quite oily, which I wasn't expecting. They have a nice texture but were just too greasy for me.

Sent as a gift and the receivers of the gift love and enjoyed the muffins. Many thank you received! Oprah's favorite thing.

I was so excited to receive these, however I was very disappointed in the quality. These are not real English muffins and are greasy and the preserves are average at best. I would not recommend.

Lovely english muffins and jam, but $37 for shipping?

These are delicious. They are simply the best English muffins I have ever tasted.
