Rock solid mount but difficult to install.
A bit awkward to install & poor directions, but It’s definitely very sturdy. This mount holds the very heavy Slyvox 55” outside TV which weighs 98lbs.

Easy to install!
You obviously can’t hang your tv without it, however, this is very sturdy and made it very easy to hang the tv. It is durable and easy to maneuver . You can shift the tv any way very simply. Highly recommend for an outdoor tv!

Horrible TV Mount.
Horrendously bad instructions. Terrible build quality. Simultaneously, over and under-engineered. Waste of money.I’m handy. I work in construction. I’ve built entire buildings. The instructions for using this thing were so very bad and the product itself was so unintuitive, that I put all the pieces back in the box and returned it. How exactly does one make a simple product so complicated?

Easy to install and works smoothly
Installed this for my outdoor TV. So far it's been easy to use.

Sturdy, but very difficult to assemble.
I figured this would be easy to install with a Sylvox TV. Not the case. I made it work, but only with the additional hardware that came with the TV - what came with the bracket was inadequate for installing the brackets to the top and bottom mounts on the TV. The instructions are not helpful at all, so if you are very handy and able to improvise you can make it work like I did. If not, prepare to be very frustrated. The design itself is just not conducive to an easy installation.

Great customer service!
Good mount. However, there wasn't any hardware in the box, which looked like it had been opened already. Talked with Sunny from customer support, and got everything taken care of very quickly!
