This Amazing Book -- Hoodoo Herb and Root Medicine -- Opens the Door to Better Health

Very interesting old time book of treatments and cures for what ails you. Catherine Yronwode is a kind of cultural heroine of mine anyway, and this book is one of her better edited herbal medicine efforts. I no longer live in the country where medicines are gathered during a walk on the road, but this book is as interesting as reading most herbals. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in Herbs, the history of Medicine, and Hoodoo Magic.

An excellent addition to the naturopathic library. Spiritual workers will be delighted to know that this book and Hoodoo Root and Herb magic by Catherine yronwoode snync up nicely to provide the magickal associations of the particular herb you may be working with.

Great book on herbalism and the herbs have the corresponding page number to her other herb book. Only lacking is a list of herbs per symptoms so you have to read every page.

Arrived as expected in a good condition

I love this book because it has the old, TRIED AND TRUE, remedies for so many health issues. These are things that Modern Medicine doesn't want us to know because it saves us money (and they lose money). I have already tried a few remedies in this book and they worked. I like the book so much that I bought 2 of them: One to keep in my kitchen (to have readily available when we have ailments) and one to keep in my bookcase.
