The perfect pre-workout after I got used to it.
edit number one: I have now been using this for the duration of the container and I'm upgrading this to a five-star. After the first two weeks I noticed that there was no longer any crash and this has become my favorite workout supplement. Everything is here that I need for before and during a workout. It also includes recovery if I do not want to drink a protein drink.There are a few things I like about this pre workout. I like that it has coconut water and BCAA's to deliver the needed nutrients to my muscles. I am not normally a fan of having creatine in my pre workout drink but I can appreciate that this is an all in one drink with nothing more needed until I am done with my workout.Why not 5 stars? I have a tremendous crash about 3 hours after taking this. I have experienced this with some other pre workout drinks and it would be fine if I worked out in the evening instead of before work.

Great for mental but abysmal for physical work
This is not effective as a pre-workout at all. At the recommended dosage, it does nothing physically to push you into or through a workout. A scoop and a half eliminates the urge to sleep but not a noticeable increase in energy. I would recommend it for people studying or taking long drives where focus is the prime objective. For anyone doing physical labor this is a pass.

More Energy and focus
Just started using Edgeblast and feel that I have more energy and focus going into my workouts and I have gained both in strength and cardio. I would recommend giving it a try.

Better for men - natural athletes in the gym!
This preworkout gives me energy and strength but it also causes me to hold a bit of water. I appreciate that I have a very sensitive stomach and for this reason I generally avoid creatine, as it causes water retention for me that's just not worth the extra temporary strength. It didn't give me a headache and if you're a male, just starting out, as a natural athlete, I'd definitely recommend this pre over all the other garbage out there. It's well made and will help with your goals.

Tastes great, mixes well, good for pre- and mid-workout
I like this much better than the last couple of pre-workout/BCAA drink mixes I've tried. The taste is good. It mixes well with water.

Good flavor and it works!
I have to preface this review with the fact that I have tried many many pre-workout formulas. I'm very satisfied with the flavor and the feeling that it gives me. No jitters.

The reason for 4 starts is the fruit punch flavor. Not very good at all. It also made me feel rough at the gym.

I finally wanted to switch to a different pre workout but this one I cant really agree to it. I dont feel more pumps and the crash is kind of hard.
