Decent product that does the job
Not a horrible product, but does take some effort to use. The parts don't fit super tight, so you end up pumping a lot to keep liquid flowing. Does the job.

Can't remove cane to clean it. Clip broke first use. Generally junk. Returning.

Maybe its me but I can't get it to work right
Kind of a hassle even if I could get it to work. I'm a novice wine maker, thanks Brewsy, and thought I needed this tool. It is a pain in the ass and a lot messier that using a plastic siphon hose. It's certainly more hygienic than a mouth siphon but if it doesn't work its not much of a value.

No Suction. It does not come apart like my old Auto siphon so could not clean properly. Will Return.
The inside parts are too lose so its hard to get suction. Also my old Auto Siphon would come apart for easy cleaning. You can take out the inner tube and wash the inside of the big tube. With this one they are stuck together. The price was $1-2 cheaper than others but you get what you pay for.

Selft starting
I have bought siphons in the past that were supposedly self starting, bit don't actually work. This one actually does start after a couple pumps. Also the cap to keep sediment and large items from getting sucked up, sits low allowing for more liquid to be transfered out before it can't reach anymore
