Black Acid Free Picture Frame Mat, 5x7

The item was not as professional cut as would be bought from a retail store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby. The edges were raggedy. The opening is for a 4" x 6", and I needed it to be 3" x 5". I may not have read the details clearly.
