I like airplanes. This is the current plane being build. It is a display model. You do not build it. The detail is good for a plastic model. Most are made of wood or metal. The detail is then usually better. If you want pay for them.

I bought this as a gift for my son who is a great F35B aficionado. He loves the model. He says it is the only good model of the SOTVL variant of the F35. What more can I say?

Arrived damaged twice. First time rear tail wing broken and second time model has residue that will not come off and looks used. Was a birthday gift for son who is a US Marine and works on these plans for a living. Very disappointed with quality and condition.

I know F-35 very well, and this is a great model. And it is not the X-35b, it is the production F-35b. Attach the vertical tails, put it on the post in the base, and it is good to go.
