It’s a one step process.
Just used this product on my vehicle a 2014 Ford Edge Sport, I applied it with a DA (dual action) polisher. I’m not even close to a professional, just a regular guy. Washed and dried vehicle, applied the one step, I can say, I followed directions, very easy to apply, did in small sections, wiped off with a micro fiber cloth. I think the shine is awesome. I also used it on the glass and some plastic parts. Works great in my opinion.

Shiny Car for Pretty Wife

Not a miracle product
Dont expect miracles from this stuff. It barely removed light swirls and water spots with a DA polisher. Definitely doesn't do much for even light scratches. It's not a bad product, just don't expect anything crazy. If you have scratches, maybe go for a compound.
