I am giving it 5 STARS, as it works WONDERS in helping our Saint Bernard find the relief he needs, which his housemates also appreciate.One if the ingredients has a laxative effect, if overdosed. The trick, when administering the powder, is to USE LESS than the recommended dosage! Otherwise, you might experience the opposite result, which nobody wants, including your dog!We sprinkle approximately 1/2 teaspoon over our 170 lb.'s wet food, once daily.An expensive, but effective, natural remedy.
