Carrara White Italian Carrera Marble Herringbone Mosaic Tile 1 x 2 Honed

The tile arrived packed very well in the boxes. One of 3 boxes (each containing 5 sheets of tile) seemed to have all of its sheets made of tiles that had their corners chipped. They were still usable, but it wasn't supposed to be "tumbled". The marble I received is pretty nice and more on the light/white side with minimal gray veining.The product itself is not any more difficult to cut or work with than ceramic. The only difficulty is that you are going to be cutting a lot of tiles due to the design, but that is just something you need to do for the results you get using this design. But cutting isn't any harder than normal with a wet saw.Overall, quite happy with the product considering there was nothing comparable at the local box/tile stores. And the price was low in comparison to other marble products I looked at!

Title mostly sums it up: these are beautiful herringbone marble mosaic sheets that shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and were incredibly priced. Also, their shipping was free whereas others said only a sample was free, but you'd pay shipping for a full purchase.We ordered a few extra "just in case" but there were no breaks, despite marble being a soft stone, but we were glad we did since here and there we didn't love particular pieces (some had little cracks inside the stone itself or holes, others had a slightly off cut or were angled a bit off on the sheet) so we made piles of "best," "fine," and "only use if necessary" for our tilers and it worked out since the installed backsplash is flawless.The only thing I might've marked down a quarter to half a star for was that a couple sheets seemed to have some yellowish substance on the tiles in a couple spots. It was not very noticeable (and wasn't just stone color variation) but once you saw it, it became pretty glaring since it was almost neon. I don't know if my tiler cut those parts off (or if they cleaned off?) but it was maybe 3-4 sheets of 35 and only 1-2 smallish spots on those, so really not a huge deal. All in all, you have to buy extra for cuts, so those just became cut pieces. Also, I never contacted the seller about it, so I imagine they'd have replaced them if I'd requested it, but as I said, this was not necessary. I expect some variation in color, cut, placement, as you're dealing with natural stone and small pieces so as long as it's not a large portion, for these prices, I have no complaints.Also, it's worth noting that these mosaics do have quite a bit of gray throughout. They are not solid white. We wanted that variation with the mix of gray and white, so I was pleased, but if you're looking for a pure white marble mosaic, this isn't it. There were a couple spots with a tiny bit of brown variation mixed in as well, but very minimal. As I said, we sorted our tiles ahead of time so our preferred colors/patterns would be the ones in the main viewing area and that worked splendidly.We are incredibly happy with this purchase and absolutely recommend using Stone Center Online.

I sampled a few pieces and thought it was very nice. I waited several weeks before ordering the bulk of the tile to complete my project. Unfortunately, the subsequent delivery was from a different lot and lacked the gray veining and was mostly white. Not to my liking nor did it match the original sample. The seller worked with me and eventually I ended up with the color variation that I wanted. However, it wasn't until the mosaic was up on the wall and grouted did I realize just how beautiful it really is. Hope you enjoy the pictures (attached to the product) of the shower cubby and the finished bathroom wall. Fortunately, I did not try to install myself. My tiler said that on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most difficult to install, that I had chosen an 8. Lot's of cutting tiny pieces of tile in order to fill in when you get to an adjoining wall or counter. I paid up the nose for the labor because of it. Well he still had all his finger when he left, so it's all good.

I am very happy with the quality and packaging. The only thing is: There are only 8 rows and 8 columns and NOT 9 columns.

Could not be happier with these tiles. I really wanted carrara marble herringbone tiles for my kitchen backsplash and I searched everywhere for the best price. This price was the best by far and there was no lack in quality at all. Shipping was fast despite it not being a Prime product. The expected delivery date was in 2 weeks but it was delivered to me in less than 5 days. Highly recommended!

I wanted something modern and luxe for my fireplace remodel. I knew I wanted carrara for sure, but needed a twist. I found it with this herringbone patterned carrara marble. I was excited to find it at an affordable price for its quality! Loved the results. The tile totally updates the main focal point of my living room.Just a heads up that this is HEAVY stuff. My contractor found it somewhat difficult to tile, as it was heavy, but it all worked out in the end.

Initially gave them 5 stars but have to withdrawal 4. Beautiful stuff at a great price. Such a good price that I bought more to extend the area that I wanted to tile. When I got the extra amount, it was a completely different thickness by 1/8"--quite a difference when you expect the area to flow. Will be returning.

Highly recommend this stone, we did the back splash in our kitchen with this and this herringbone tile made it look great. We have dark gray quartz counters and this accents it very well. This is also a fraction of the cost of the big box stores but quality was not compromised.Will definitely order from then again when we do both of our bathrooms
