Great hunting scope for a rifle . Good clarity at dawn and dusk. Good focus through the 3xto 10x powers. Withstands 7mm mag and 30-06 recoil fine. Good warranty if needed. Eye relief is good as well as eye box.

Really nice glass for the price point. The custom dial really makes for easy distance shooting.

I was wary of spending so much on a scope when I could get a cheaper vortex or primary arms. However, after multiple people with way more experience than me recommended this Leupold, I made the jump. And, boy, am I glad I did! It was very easy to set up and torque to Leupold's recommendations. This scope stands out with its quality and clarity. The viewing experience during dawn and dusk is exceptional, providing a level of detail that is unmatched by other scopes I've ever used before. I honestly think my eyes are more relaxed and can see better through the scope than without it! It is that good. While the price might be a bit much compared to other more budget scopes, the old saying holds true – you get what you pay for. In the case of the Leupold VX-3HD, the investment is definitely justified!

Very clear and the CDS is very cool. No need for quick critical calculations.

I have been trying many scopes lately under 600 and this one has been my favorite so far. Leupold quality needs no introduction, they make the best scopes IMO. The Custom Dial System works great. So far I only used up to 200yd.
