This is a good Product when used in the right way. If you use the paste with a micro fibre cloth it doesn't work and no impact on the stubborn hard water marks. I had tried several methods like Iso propyl alcohol, baking soda/vinegar with lemon and nothing worked. Finally the trick is to use the scotch brite or Gala kitchen utensil scrubber that has silvery elements on them, put the paste on the glass and dampen the scrubber and gently rub the paste onto the glass by occasional dipping into a mug of water, this did the trick for me and finally rinse the glass with 4-5 mugs of water and wipe with a micro fibre cloth

Do not buy. This is a waste product. This product made scratches in my car windshield. The hype is not real.

Works great for remove rust from chrome. Not very effective for hard Water Spot Remove from glass.
