I purchased a couple chargers from this company in May of 2023. Says it was a one year warranty... 10 months ago I purchased, it has not been used, I took it out of the box today for my son as a BACKUP charger and it was useless as it would not charge his laptop or work at all and now I cannot contact the seller to get a replacement because it says the window is closed although it says that I supposedly had ONE YEAR... RIDICULOUS. Unless they contact me back to replace it, I will never buy from this company again. DISGUSTED to say the least.

Got a new laptop with no charger. Didn’t wanna break the bank and came across this charger. I have been using it for months with no issues, it hasn’t overheated (as long as properly placed) and has been durable/reliable. Recommend for anyone not wanting to spend a lot of money for the same quality product.

This is my third attempt with this particular product, it works great initially, but half a year later and suddenly the wire only works when in just the right position, and then after a while after that it basically stops working entirely. The first couple of times I thought maybe it was something I was doing wrong, but this third time I was extra careful with it, and then it just suddenly started having trouble out of the blue. It's not even an issue with my laptop since getting a new one it all goes back to working perfectly, this thing is just designed to fail.

Received item in good shape. This is my second purchase as the first one lasted 8 months and it shorted out where the power plugs into the power Adapter box.After receiving this one made sure plug was inserted and fit tight as I assume the first one did not fit wellThe original Adapter has a power plug that is Heavy Duty and wire is large. These Adapters power cord are much smaller and I assume why the overheating, burning out issues are being noted in several reviews .It does work as designed but needs a heavier power Wire like the original .Keep a close watch on the adapter while in use and use it in moderation as much as possible is my advice

I try not to leave this plugged in over night just due to power usage. It charges to full in under 3 hours, so no need to run the power bill up. It runs cool so it is not under built for its purpose. It is still a brick, meaning it is physically and weight large, but needs to be too put out that wattage.
