Amazing pain relief
Whilst easy to swallow, they are fairly large capsules and the dosage is 3 capsules taken together. It’s a shame that the dosage can’t be made into one capsule. Notwithstanding that, I have now been taking these for 4 weeks and the pain relief is amazing. I have tried other brands previously but never had such effective results nor so quickly. Generally it has been 6-8 weeks before relief but with these the relief came after 3 weeks. I am so pleased with them that I have just signed up for the subscription offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The glucosamine is healthy for internal lining.
The glucosamine arrived promptly. It's very good for the health of internal linings.

High Hopes
Too early to tell if they are working or not as I've only used them for a week. However the taste once in your mouth is quite nasty, kind of bitter fishy taste. They are quite big but easy enough to follow. Take 3 x a day, one with each meal. Will update in a few weeks.

Incorrect information on Amazon
Amazon website states that the product is vegan but the packaging states that it's not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Trying to return the product, but process doesn't seem to be working properly. Not happy!!!
