I was very disappointed with the bass in these earbuds. I would have been better off just listening to music without the earbuds since the bass is similar to the speaker of a cell phone. My previous earbuds, which are no longer available had the best bass and captured such clearness for my music. Amazon must have stopped marketing them since they no longer market the fire phone. They were the best set I ever had. I am kicking myself for not going with another brand that could possibly give me the clearness I'm looking for. My rating is a 2 instead of a 1 for the simple fact that I can hear the music, although muffled, and they told the truth about it being a tangle-free cord.

I just got it and it already doesn't work - last time I checked, I am not deaf in one ear and yet I can't seem to hear anything from the right side. WIll be returning, I get that it's cheap and "you get what you pay for" but I didn't expect it to be this bad.

I love them the sound quality is great, considering what I paid for them! Base is good on it.

Sound is tiny, no bass at all. Disappointed on sound quality. I Will have to wait & see how long they last before one head phone goes out or I can't answer the phone from them anymore! Other head sets lasted about 2 months! If they last, it's worth the quality of sound trade off!

I like the design and comfort of these headphones but they did not come equipped with volume controls. I decided to buy these inatead of the regular Samsung S7 head phones but i am very disappointed. The sound coming in is low and if im talking on the phone there is background noise. Very disappointed in the purchase.

they fit well stay in and the sound is great best of all they don't tangle one little bit. YEAH

I bought this pack of ear phones with the warranty. I have not received the warranty and now that they are all broken I can not return them. I have contacted seller and no response.
