The media could not be loaded. They are not whole leafs, but balled up pieces. I just drop some in the tank and the shrimp go straight to them. Eventually they sink them and finish them off.

The shrimp love them. They are gone within the day.

Quality product which expands as if they were a sponge from a small granule. The shrimp appear to gobble up the leaves once they soak for several hours. The only thing I do not like is most of the leaves tend to float and it takes several days to actually sink to the bottom of the tank. Will purchase again.

Definitely nice for the shrimp, they eat it up and it helps condition the water. You get SO MANY for the price. The bag is huge and absolutely packed up with dried leaves. They expand to full size and you literally need 1 per 5 gallons so if you have small shrimp tanks they last forever!

My shrimp and especially my snails devour these they come in dry and it takes a bit to soak them enough that they think but they love them
