I mean they are as described. A hard plastic so strong enough. Works well.

The batteries on 2 of our cameras died within the 1st day and they didn't even have any kind of motion detection. And we already are having to switch them out. The one that renders the most has an even died yet.That's upsetting because those lithiums are not cheap. Also not to mention the worry if something did happen. It wouldn't have been caught. What's the point of having a security camera? When it's supposed to ease your mind and you have to worry about the battery now. I just don't understand why they could be doing that. We didn't even mess with any of the settings at that point. And now the settings are even higher on the others and still running strong without having to charge them yet. But they still keep draining the battery dry until we are able to get some new lithium batteries. I just expected better on the front.

This mount worked perfectly to give my Blink Outdoor cameras the range of motion I needed. The factory mounts just would not allow me to get the angle I wanted to look down the length of the wall and these worked perfectly. They are plastic, but they did not feel weak and mounted with no issues. I would recommend not putting a lot of torque on the screws as they are not very strong. While there are no instructions, the only thing that isn't self-explanatory is the placement of the "gaskets" that are included. I used them between the mount and the camera to tighten up the connection.

This product makes the Blink cameras have more range of motion than the brackets that come with the cameras. I used them on my soffit to get a better angle for the camera, to be able to point the camera where I wanted it. These brackets attach to the cameras the same way as the brackets that come with the Blink cameras.Very easy to install. Just 3 screws are used to attach the mounting bracket, then you pop it on the Blink camera. Each bracket came with a package of 4 screws and 4 hollow wall anchors, if you need them. I was attaching the brackets to wood, so I didn't used the hollow wall anchors. Popping the Blink camera on the bracket is a little tricky, but that is the way the Blink camera is designed. Even the bracket that came with the Blink camera was tricky to attach for me. I found that by putting the camera on at an angle, then pressing down, got the job done.There was also a package of red circles, as pictured. It looks like some kind of gaskets, but I couldn't make them work with anything, so I didn't use them. There were also 2 extra pieces, as shown in the picture.Product seems sturdy enough. I expect it to last at least as long as the Blink camera.
